Refund policy

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances unless the item(s) arrive damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the steps below within 48 hours of delivery:

- Contact Us at eddie@inamdar.com with:

   - Your order number

   - A clear description of the issue

   - Photos or video of the damaged item and packaging

   - Once we receive and review your request, we will:

      - Confirm the damage

      - Offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion)

Note: Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Exclusions

We are not responsible for:

- Minor cosmetic imperfections due to handling during transit

- Customer misuse or improper storage

- Delivery delays caused by the carrier
