Shipping policy

At Pallets and Gaylords, we currently offer local delivery only within the San Francisco Bay Area. We do not provide nationwide or international shipping at this time.

Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively to businesses and individuals located within the San Francisco Bay Area, including but not limited to:

- San Francisco

- Oakland

- San Jose

- Fremont

- Union City

- Hayward

- and surrounding nearby cities

If you are unsure whether your address qualifies for local delivery, please contact our manager before placing your order.

Scheduling Delivery

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to coordinate a convenient delivery time. Deliveries are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days, depending on availability and location.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery process:

- Someone must be present to receive and inspect the items upon arrival.

- Deliveries are made curbside or to dock—please ensure there is sufficient space for unloading.

- If your delivery site has specific access or timing restrictions, notify us in advance.
